Cod Liver Oil is rich in natural Vitamins A and D and high in Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, EPA and DHA which may help maintain a healthy heart and assist stiff joint movements.Vitamin A in cod liver oil plays an important part in maintaining healthy skin, eyes and hair. Vitamin D assists in the absorption and metabolism of calcium and phosphorous for strong bones and healthy teeth . A higher strength formulation, each capsule offering 114 mg EPA and 91mg DPA, plus 5000iu of vitamin and 400iu of vitamin D, 200% and 400% respectively of the recommended daily amounts for these vitamins. Oblong, clear, soft gelatin capsule filled with a clear oily liquid. Ingredients include cod liver oil (vitamin A and vitamin D), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol and purified water), vitamin E (d-Alpha tocopherol). Free from gluten, yeast, artificial colouring, flavouring and preservatives. Recommended daily allowance: Adults and children over 10 years of age, one capsule daily with liquids preferably before a meal as a valuable food supplement. This product contains Vitamin A, if pregnant or likely to become pregnant, consult a doctor or antenatal clinic. Do not exceed stated amount.
